The scope covers real time processing of an Order on transaction level, including real time order accounting and a direct Settlement with one selected ancillary provider for a non-flight-related ancillary service. Within the next phase 100% offers and orders end-to-end processing together with all partners (including the OMS provider) is planned and also en extension of the transaction scope.

Lufthansa Systems, with its order accounting solution SIRAX/ONE Order, achieved a double success as it was part of two leading teams in the 2025 IATA Multi-Vendor Modularity Proofs of Concept (PoC), which focused on interoperability and provider collaboration.
