The electronic cash register - The interface to the customer

The electronic cash register system Patris® Ticketing displays all business processes at the point of sale (e.g. sales, reimbursement, exchange, voucher, higher fare) and automates the related administrative activities. This means that sales staff gain valuable time for individual customer care.

Patris® Ticketing is administered centrally, which makes the system extremely flexible. Changes in fares and the introduction of new products are carried out quickly and simply.

Tickets are printed directly following sale on barcode-monitored special paper, guaranteeing maximum security in the handling of sales processes. In addition, the cost of storing, distributing and printing tickets is considerably reduced.

All customary means of payment are accepted. With Patris® Ticketing the sales date of the POS are available at all times for accounting, statistics and marketing analyses.

Patris® Ticketing has a modular structure, consisting of software and standard device components (PC, monitor, keyboard, ticket printer, cash register with connected payment terminal). The system is not only flexible, but can also be incorporated seamlessly into any system environment and allows the connection of external systems.

Patris® Ticketing is available as an independent solution for advance sales outlets or - together with Patris® Office - as an integrated component of our complete solution for distribution controlling.
