Lufthansa Systems at the IATA World Passenger Symposium 2012 in Abu Dhabi

Having been part of the IATA World Passenger Symposium 2012 was a great success for Lufthansa Systems’ customers and colleagues. This year’s event with the slogan “Innovate Together. Greater Value. A Better Experience.” took place at the unique Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi and was hosted by Etihad Airways. This forum brought together a remarkably high number of key representatives. The delegates took their chance to exchange ideas with each other Lufthansa Systems took the opportunity to exchange ideas with other delegates from airlines, airports, government, travel agents ground handlers and suppliers.

The forum opened on October 16, 2012 and started with a welcome address by HH Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al-Nahyan.

During the three-day event the delegates were able to benefit from several panel discussions and presentations on a range of topics. Especially Mr. Stefan Beleliev, who participated in the panel: “Revenue Management: Where Do We Go From Here?”, provided a lot of interesting facts during his speech.

The forum ended on October 18, 2012 with a final panel discussion for the audience groups and a lot of new insights for the Lufthansa Systems team.
