This year’s conference was focused on industry best practice and customer experience. We provided our customers and interested carriers with detailed information about Sirax , its latest developments and the benefits it brings to their company. Several carriers came to our office in Norderstedt/Hamburg to exchange experiences and knowledge with other Sirax users.

Lufthansa System’s presentations were focused on the way to real-time accounting. Except sending all uplifted passenger information of one whole day to Sirax, we would like to enable our customers to send each coupon information right after check-in directly to Sirax. Thus, the reporting process becomes significantly quicker.
All the guests very much appreciated the customer’s field reports about using Sirax. During the lively discussions and copious dinners, the Sirax community developed some interesting ideas how to save costs by building synergies between the airlines. It became obvious, that the active participation of customers is an important part of the ongoing improvement of the Sirax system.
