The Supervisory Board of Lufthansa Systems AG has renewed the appointment of Executive Board member Dr. Gunter Küchler for five more years until September 2012.
Dr. Küchler began his professional career in 1986 with EDS, where he managed customers from the manufacturing industry, initially as Account Manager and later as Regional Manager. In 1995, he was appointed to the executive management of EDS in Germany and assumed responsibility for German industry and government customers. Dr. Küchler joined Lufthansa Systems in September 2000 and took over the management of its subsidiary Lufthansa Systems Infratec GmbH.
As of October 1, 2002, Dr. Gunter Küchler was appointed to the Executive Board of Lufthansa Systems AG. He has been responsible for the company's worldwide sales operations ever since.
