Garuda Indonesia becomes launching customer for FrequentLine from Lufthansa Systems

Garuda Indonesia is the first airline worldwide to rely on FrequentLine, the new customer loyalty management system from Lufthansa Systems. The new IT solution supports airlines in the professional analysis of their loyalty programs and in attracting new customers. It enables airlines to identify their most valuable customers and offer them customized information or services. Private and corporate customers as well as business partners can easily access their loyalty account over the Internet, manage their collected miles and redeem them based on a catalog of merchandise.

FrequentLine comprises three modules - Private, Corporate and Agent - based on which an airline can efficiently manage its loyalty programs for all of its target groups. Using these modules as an integrated solution is especially useful as customer data can then be completed with company or agent details for further analysis.

Established in 1950, Garuda Indonesia has its headquarters in Jakarta. Its main destinations are in Indonesia, the Middle East and in the Asia/Pacific region.
