JAL optimizes maintenance control processes with NetLine solution from Lufthansa Systems
JAL, one of the largest Asian carriers, has opted for implementation of Lufthansa Systems’ NetLine/Ops MaintenanceControl solution to benefit from process support in this field. Using NetLine/Ops MaintenanceControl will enable JAL to manage its aircraft maintenance processes even more efficiently and economically than in the past and reduce costs.
NetLine/Ops MaintenanceControl is part of Lufthansa Systems’ NetLine product suite. NetLine is one of the leading software solutions for the airline market worldwide. The modular product line can be integrated and provides optimal support for the entire process of planning and controlling airline resources, from network planning to schedule management and operations control to crew management. More than 40 airlines rely on NetLine/ Ops MaintenanceControl and other NetLine modules every day, including Air Canada, Croatia Airlines, KLM Cityhopper, Lufthansa, Royal Air Maroc and TACA.
NetLine/Ops MaintenanceControl creates a link between JAL’s operations, maintenance and engineering systems. This ensures that all maintenance technicians at JAL receive all the information and decision-making support they need to plan and carry out maintenance jobs as efficiently as possible. At the same time, operations control staff receive an overview of upcoming maintenance events, which ensures that they can control the effects that changes in operations have on maintenance events. |
