Carpatair optimizes network planning with NetLine solution from Lufthansa Systems
Romanian regional carrier Carpatair will implement several products from Lufthansa Systems’ network management solution NetLine. The integrated use of the solutions’ scheduling, operations and crew management products provides Carpatair with valuable support to optimize its business processes.
Furthermore, this will enable the airline to even better manage its growing business involving the expansion of its Timisoara hub and the enhancement of its operations and customer service. NetLine allows more efficient use of the aircraft fleet, faster, more economical reactions to flight plan changes and optimally organized crew management procedures. Carpatair was particularly impressed with Lufthansa Systems’ high quality standards and performance as IT integrator, which allows for a seamless integration of NetLine with other systems in use.
Carpatair was founded in 1999 with the goal to connect less exploited areas in Romania with the rest of Europe. As a IATA member, Carpatair has since taken strengthened the collaboration with a number of airlines, developing interline agreements with Lufthansa, Malev, Tarom, Swiss, Delta, British Airways, among others.
