CUSS solution from Lufthansa Systems takes into account tightened security requirements
Simplifying the Business made by Lufthansa Systems reaches a new milestone. The IT service provider will
develop a prototype of its CUSS (Common Use Self Service) solution for the 2005 InterAirport exhibition
in Munich. The prototype will cover a standardized check-in process. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology,
the solution can be easily adapted to suit the different requirements of airlines.
Even the base version of the CUSS solution is scalable enough to be easily and quickly expanded to reflect
tighter security requirements in the future. Lufthansa Systems plans to offer its solution with customized
security modules for biometric identification, document authenticity verification and APIS data collection,
among others.
As a strategic partner to IATA's Simplifying the Business initiative, Lufthansa Systems supports IATA in
the development and marketing of CUSS solutions.
