Yet another customer for Lido OC: Kuwait Airways decides in favor of Lufthansa Systems' route planning system
Kuwait Airways will soon start calculating its flight paths for its entire fleet with Lufthansa Systems' route planning system Lido Operation Center (OC). The implementation of the system is scheduled for mid-2005, and the first training sessions for the new customer's dispatch staff have already been completed.

The advanced functionalities and processes of Lido OC include the automatic calculation of flight paths and the dissemination of flight-related information such as weather data. Flight schedule calculation is supported by a number of additional functions such as automatic compensation for all current aeronautical limitations.
