AeroFlight now trusts in Lufthansa Systems' MultiHost
Lufthansa Systems' integrated solution MultiHost recently won another customer. From now on, AeroFlight applies MultiHost to automatize airline core processes like sales, ticketing, and passenger handling. Thus, the airline can optimize these processes to increase its efficiency and service quality. The Lufthansa Systems´ data center in Kelsterbach operates all of the passenger-related data under an ASP model. MultiHost currently has more than 50 customers.

ExelAviationGroup takes off with MultiHost and ProfitLine
The ExelAviationGroup is the latest addition to the portfolio of MultiHost customers. It will start using the solution from Lufthansa Systems as of its new winter 2004 timetable. The Dutch aviation group is an alliance of many smaller international airlines which apply a variety of business models. MultiHost is thus the perfect solution to efficiently and reliably manage the airlines' different sales processes. Thanks to its scalability, the integrated MultiHost system can be expanded to include additional functionalities at any time. ExelAviationGroup has also opted for ProfitLine/Yield to optimize its revenue management. ProfitLine/Yield covers all core processes of revenue management - from forecasting customer demand to optimizing prices.

Capacity management from Lufthansa Systems to optimize loads for Kombiverkehr
Logistics service provider Kombiverkehr and Lufthansa Systems are signing a contract for the creation of a capacity management system. Kombiverkehr develops, organizes and markets a Europe-wide network for combined road/rail transports. Around 23 million tons of goods are thus shifted from the road to the rails each year. The new capacity management system will support Kombiverkehr in its ongoing process of capacity control.

Lufthansa Systems implements e-ticketing for Air Berlin
Air Berlin is now able to offer its customers the advantages of using an electronic ticket on selected flights. For this purpose, Lufthansa Systems has developed an e-ticketing which is connected to the integrated solution MultiHost and at the same time independent from the check-in system. The processes were customized to match the airline's needs and interfaces and Lufthansa Systems has integrated it's electronic ticketing solution with Air Berlin's existing check-in system.

Atlas Blue to deploy sales and booking IT solution from Lufthansa Systems
Atlas Blue, the newly-established low cost airline of Royal Air Maroc, today announced that it will use FlexLine from Lufthansa Systems to handle its sales processes. Atlas Blue customers will be able to check flight availability, book their flights and pay by credit card over the Internet or by contacting the airline's call center. Atlas Blue will also have access to new B2B sales modules.

Lufthansa Systems optimizes Finnair's revenue accounting
Lufthansa Systems and Finnair today announced that they have signed an agreement for the implementation of the SIRAX revenue accounting system. Finnair will use SIRAX, the airline industry solution developed by Lufthansa Revenue Services and Lufthansa Systems, to control its entire revenue accounting processes.
