Lufthansa Systems provides a huge range of applications integrated to the Lido/FlightBag platform. But even additional products and services provided by third-party companies as well as in-house applications can be integrated within our EFB platform due to our platforms modular and scalable architecture.

Lido/FlightBag Client
As a central component of the on-board software environment Lido/FlightBag provides functions like common data layer, Communication Manager, Personal Wallet feature, print function, cross talk and synchronization.
By assuming control of all hardware resources and software applications, it acts as the “operating system” on the Lido/FlightBag.
Lido/FlightBag Communication
The communication layer of Lido/FlightBag supports the administration, usage and management of wired and wireless communication between the ground server system and the individual EFB device.
Lido/FlightBag Ground
Lido/FlightBag Ground provides standardized and customized interfaces for the data exchange with several flight operation ground systems. It facilitates a seamless and paperless workflow throughout the entire flight process by integrating different legacy back-end systems.
Lido/FlightBag is designed as a modular solution, connecting cockpit and ground processes as well as existing airline systems on ground. It can be enhanced with additional functionalities and 3rd party applications – accompanying you on your way to a paperless cockpit. Some airlines have already decided for our EFB solution and are convinced that Lido/FlightBag eases their flight operations.
