Major deal with Croatia Airlines for Flight Support solutions
Croatia Airlines and Lufthansa Systems have now signed a Letter Of Intent for a comprehensive package deal involving an integrated range of solutions from Lufthansa Systems' innovative Airline Flight Support portfolio. This includes the route planning system Lido OC, the Lido Route Manual, SkyBook, Slot Handling, as well as TOPAS, Lufthansa Systems' take-off performance software. In the first stage of the overall project, the implementation of Lido OC and SkyBook is planned for spring of this year.
Already a customer of Lufthansa Systems' entire line of network management solutions, this new deal makes Croatia Airlines the first carrier to use all operations products from Lufthansa Systems. In addition, Croatia Airlines is receiving FMS services.
Croatia Airlines, the Croatian flag carrier, is a mid-sized airline in constant growth. In its ten-year existence, it has connected Croatian cities with the most important European centers and, through them, the entire World. The airline has been a member of the Regional Star Alliance network since December 2004.
