Full-Service Forecasting for Lufthansa
Lufthansa has contracted Lufthansa Systems to supply all IT-related services around the revenue management solution ProfitLine/Yield O&D Forecaster in a comprehensive long-term service level agreement.
The IT-provider is now assuming full responsibility for the timely availability of O&D demand forecasts at maximum quality, for the performance of the IT servers, and for reliable working conditions of the controllers.
Lufthansa Systems was able to warrant the agreed performance levels each and every day by combining high-level revenue management expertise with the capabilities of its own data center and its 24*7 support services. The Service Level Agreement for the hosting and support of the O&D Forecaster with Lufthansa was signed for an initial term of 4 years.
