Our Integrated Commercial Platform relies on products which are already proven and successful in the market and integrates them under a common interface.

The Management Layer permits access to data across all applications. Its core elements are the ICP Portal and its reporting functionality. The ICP Portal allows access to all data of relevance for commercial planning across departmental boundaries. In addition, both application-related and general reports are available at the press of a button without the necessity for the employee to have the relevant system installed on his or her PC.

The Process Layer provides management and problem-solving functions across the entire platform, e.g. the ICP Sales Potential. On the basis of highly-developed algorithms and an integrated database, it develops proposals for optimization measures to generate additional revenues. The ICP Fleet Assigner combines strategic and tactical fleet assignment, integrating information from ICP/Plan and ICP/Sched. It performs capacity allocations quickly and thoroughly, considering passenger demand and a wide range of sophisticated rules and constraints.

A semantically standardized data and process model is provided via the Common Data Layer. This allows for the joint use of master data. Moreover, all systems work with standardized data structures. As part of the Common Data Layer, Dynamic Scheduling integrates revenue management and flight scheduling. It simulates the effects of schedule changes on the expected revenue and passenger numbers, thus enabling the scheduler to assign the optimal aircraft type for each flight.
