The document viewer can easily be accessed from within the Lido/iRouteManual. It will allow fast access to documents via favorites and the table of content. It will be tied into an airline-wide document management system and will automatically receive user or user group-specific documents and messages whenever connected.

In order to effectively control distribution of documents and charts, a web based ground administration system, which supplements the apps suite on the ground side, allows an airline's EFB administrator to define user groups (e.g. per fleet, or for specific functions), distribute documents and messages to individual user groups, set validity of documents and track the update status of documents and charts on every users' iPad.
